Women Embroiders

 

Strengthening women from an unorganised labour sector, SEWA (Self Employed Women’s Association) being a trade union employs more than 10 million women across the country. SEWA reaches to the skilled and helps them grow their self-esteem and self-reliance by giving them full-time employment at their doorstep.

The group of embroiders from Kutch, each carries a sense of design in herself. As per their taste and level of understanding, we give them the freewill to choose the kinds of knitting, the area of embroidery and colour of threads.

Such trust and self sufficiency make every pouch different from the other. Making its Unique Selling Point, they are the result of handmade magic! We believe, such continuation grow both of us harmoniously.
