Well designed packaging is what makes an online purchase an amazing act. We make sure our design efforts extend to using a better and earth friendly packaging that could be safe to discard, or fund to reuse (in some of products packaging).

Tell us as soon as you realised anything less than desired unpacking experience, and we shall do our best to resolve.
-in case of wrong product delivery: if the different design is less preferred over what has been ordered, we shall call it back and an immediate shipment with a correct product would be delivered at no extra cost (with a special note of apology, of course)
-in case of damaged product receipt: as strong as the packaging is, sometimes unwrapping gives a shock (mostly due to mishandling during transit), kindly share the appropriate pics against which a replacement would be sent at no extra cost. (p.s. even a slightly dented product still represent a great deal of handmade manufacturing; allow us to suggest few quick remedies to project the best part of the decor)
